Professionally Panditji is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from College of Engineering Pune (COEP) Class of 1977.  He is a RAB (Registrar Accreditation Board) USA & LRQA (Lloyds Register Quality Assurance) UK, IRCA UK, JAS-ANZ Australia & New Zealand, RTD Holland certified ISO 9000 Auditor.

Since December 1996 till December 2008 he has worked in Information Technology in US as a Vice President Technical Resources at Nishcorp, Inc., Pleasanton, CA.

He has a vast experience since 1977 in different business functions such as Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology. 

He has worked with international companies like Agricultural Disks (India) Ltd. (Horseman Ltd, UK), Perfect Circle Victor Ltd. (Dana Corporation USA), Alfa Laval India Ltd. (Alfa Laval Sweden).
